Acceptance - By sending a request, you, the client are deemed to have accepted and be bound to the terms laid out on this page.
Deposit - The client is required to pay a deposit to confirm a commission slot. The deposit is non-refundable.
Progress - Once the work commences on the commissioned piece, the client will recieve regular updates with Work In Progress pictures (WIPs). Once the initial sketches have been approved, only minor alterations can be made.
Payment - The payment of the rest of the balance must be paid before the final files are released to the client. A link to make the payment via BACS will be sent via email/Discord message.
Copyright - The Artist retains full ownership of the copyright for the artwork. The Artist retains the right to use the artwork on her website and social media pages for the purposes of advertising. The artwork will not be shared anywhere else without agreement from the client.
The client is not permitted to use the artwork in a commercial capacity (for expamle on merchandise, clothing etc. intended for sale) without purchasing an additional commercial licence from the Artist.
The client agrees that they will not use the artwork, nor any digital copies or files of the artwork provided by the Artist, for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or developing any generative artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models. Furthermore, the Client shall not use the artwork with any AI software, tool, or script designed to create derivative works, edits, or variations of the artwork. Any unauthorized use of the artwork in connection with AI technology constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
